Great customer service

Amazing company

They sent me out a free replacement blade assembly even though I could not find my warranty and it might have run out. As for the trimmer, its top class. Ive been using it for years and never run into any problems. The motor and blades are strong, I can use it for facial hair and body hair with no problems.
