Shipping/Returns

 

Standard shipping

• The majority of our standard shipments are fulfilled by local UK courier and shipping time is 4-7 days.  
• If your address is deemed “undeliverable” by the postal service and returned to sender, Brio Product Group will refund your order less the shipping fees.  You will be contacted and can place another order if you choose to do so.
• Because Brio Product Group uses outside services to fulfill orders, we cannot guarantee any shipping speeds.

Returns
